At 37, he achieved one of the greatest milestones of his career: winning the Italian championship and reaching his highest attack touch ever, 3.65 meters, surpassing his own numbers from his youth.

With experience in over 20 countries and 23 years on the court, Daniel is living proof that peak performance has no age, success is trainable.

At 16, he faced shoulder muscle atrophy. At 18, disc protrusions in his spine nearly ended his career. He underwent knee and shoulder surgeries, the latter being one of the most complex procedures in sports, with very few athletes returning to high-level play. He came back. Stronger.
